PolyCan Health Centre is committed to helping Indigenous peoples receive high-quality timely healthcare. Through our Fast Access program, Indigenous peoples can get an appointment for a variety of issues and concerns very quickly and receive the needed carew. Our preventive care includes components such as regular full-body check-ups, including a 3D/4D ultrasound machine that can detect cancers as small as 1mm, and genome mapping to identify potential issues in the future. Our post-treatment rehabilitation includes mental health support for the patient, their family members, and any other community member that has been affected by cancer diagnoses. As well, we can provide dietetics services in order to ensure that the body is able to obtain all the necessary vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to quickly recover from the cancer treatments, allowing for quicker and easier return to normal life.
